Complaints Process

Upon receipt, RMR Finance Ltd will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it fairly.

We will write to you with the outcome of our investigation within 8 weeks.

If the investigation is not complete within 8 weeks, we will explain the reason and provide an expected completion date. We will also give you information on contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The Financial Ombudsman Service:

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of RMR Finance Ltd’s investigation, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within six months of receiving a final response.
